Private Patio Nook

This private patio nook was designed out of custom concrete pavers. A brick seat wall encloses the area surrounding the neat four sided water fountain that was purchased through Creative Living. Accent LED lighting is found throughout and the stone flower planters flank the fountain on either side. The back drop is a custom made western red cedar rose trellis/privacy screen that adds nice background textures which screen out the neighbors house from view.  We can’t wait until the roses take hold and fill in with colorful blooms.

Outdoor Living Space

Mile High Landscaping designed and built this very cool oasis in a Denver property to create an intimate spot for family and friends to gather outside for dinner and drinks by a cozy outdoor fire place. This space has a warm feeling  made by the wooden pergola above and accent led lights on the pillars. The space has a rugged look but very functional use of the paver patio and flagstone seat walls opening into the fire place area. A great place to entertain!

Simply beautiful back yard

Simply beautiful!  This back yard was created with very simple but tasteful ideas in mind. Custom built fire pit on the fabulous flag stone patio to enjoy the summer and fall evenings. It’s purely a perfect place to gather with friends and family under moonlit skies. The red accent wall was chosen to add some color and white custom art pieces where inspired by the home owners favorite paisley outfit. The low voltage lighting plays a huge role in this outdoor space. It creates romance and it allows you to admire the custom outdoor art not only during the day but at night as well.

Contemporary outdoor heaven in Denver City

A modern pergola and decorative concrete patio creates the perfect outdoor dining area for this beautiful outdoor space.  Telescope Casual outdoor dining set matches the pergola’s simple modern style. The custom picked chairs add a nice splash of color. Just a simple white ceramic lantern offers romantic candle light after dark. Custom made contemporary looking steel trellises create privacy and add some dimension.

  

The second patio was created for romantic evenings and entertaining. There is no better way to enjoy your outdoor living space in the evening than by firing up your custom built fire pit. Just imagine sitting around this fire pit and enjoying the nighttime sky in the wintertime!

   

 The rectangular shapes of the elements create an edgy sense for this outdoor space.

Cozy backyard

It’s definitely nice to see that even a few years later this outdoor space looks amazing! We love the look of the modern fire feature that creates a dramatic focal point. The accent pillows perfectly add an extra burst of color for the patio and the pebble strips between concrete steppers create a slick but relaxed feel. Everything about this space whispers cozy, contemporary charm.

One of a Kind Water Feature

Here is a one of a kind water feature located in beautiful Golden Colorado.  We cored out a large granite boulder and built a custom underground reservoir topped with Mexican beach pebbles.  We also added some LED lighting and a heater for the reservoir so you can enjoy the relaxing sound during the day, night, summer or winter.   We did need a little help from mother nature though!

Custom Fire Pit in Golden

This beautiful custom gas driven fire pit is a great place to spend the evening relaxing with family and friends.  Have a seat on the stone seat wall that is accented with Led low voltage lighting and large granite boulders while listening to the soothing sound of the water feature in the background.  The custom trellis along with the evergreen trees adds a sense of privacy and gives the feeling of being right in the Rocky Mountains.

Modern fountain goes to a beautiful Denver Country Club home

Our Modern fountain found its home at this beautiful Denver Country Club home.  The soft splash of the fountain brings life and motion to the backyard, and its soothing sound transforms the space into a peaceful retreat. The Mile High Landscaping crew did an amazing job transforming this backyard in to the extraordinary outdoor space. The bluestone pathway filled with Mexican beach pebbles was added for circulation. Installed landscape lighting added a whole new dimension of enjoyment; it allows the home owners to enjoy their backyard both day and night as well as during the winter.
