Modern Oasis in Denver

We created this wonderful modern oasis in Denver with a little bit of everything , from a custom water feature that wraps around the entire upper patio, to floating concrete stairs that connect the two patios together.  The beautiful gas driven fire feature can be seen from several rooms inside the house as well as the led lighting that highlights all of the custom features this landscape has to offer.

Outdoor Living Space

Mile High Landscaping designed and built this very cool oasis in a Denver property to create an intimate spot for family and friends to gather outside for dinner and drinks by a cozy outdoor fire place. This space has a warm feeling  made by the wooden pergola above and accent led lights on the pillars. The space has a rugged look but very functional use of the paver patio and flagstone seat walls opening into the fire place area. A great place to entertain!

Cozy backyard

It’s definitely nice to see that even a few years later this outdoor space looks amazing! We love the look of the modern fire feature that creates a dramatic focal point. The accent pillows perfectly add an extra burst of color for the patio and the pebble strips between concrete steppers create a slick but relaxed feel. Everything about this space whispers cozy, contemporary charm.

Custom Artwork in Denver Highlands

This lovely fountain exudes class and elegance with its regal, dramatic look and beautiful detail.  Bright annual flowers definitely add some color. We made this garden the object of everyone’s attention, but we also created a relaxing atmosphere for the family.

CREATIVE LIVING is a one of a kind shopping experience which is owned and operated by Will and Gita Hyde. After many years of Will running Mile High Landscaping and Gita being in the retail world, we decided to open CREATIVE LIVING Interior & Exterior Decor, a natural extension of our backgrounds.

CREATIVE LIVING offers fine art and contemporary furnishings for home and garden. A unique collection of original sculpture, fine art benches in wood and bronze, steel plate wall art, and limited edition photography. Our gallery/showroom also features casual furniture and accessories, ceramic pots, fire pits and water features, each with a contemporary twist of elegance. Featured items include works by sculptor James Vilona, Jon Paciaroni photography and Will’s own metalwork.
