An outdoor living space is always a great addition to any property but its functionality can easily be hindered by an intense summer heat or lack of privacy. We have developed a functional but unique trellis with a contemporary motif to address these issues. This custom trellis is comprised of a few basic materials but has a clean finish and has become a focal point in this outdoor dining space. The shape redefines the traditional form of a trellis and is designed for privacy and UV protection.

This private patio nook was designed out of custom concrete pavers. A brick seat wall encloses the area surrounding the neat four sided water fountain that was purchased through Creative Living. Accent LED lighting is found throughout and the stone flower planters flank the fountain on either side. The back drop is a custom made western red cedar rose trellis/privacy screen that adds nice background textures which screen out the neighbors house from view. We can’t wait until the roses take hold and fill in with colorful blooms.
